Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a highly skilled Permanent Commercial Superintendent to join our fast-paced construction team in Florida. This pivotal role requires leadership, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of commercial construction processes from concept to completion.

You will oversee project life cycles, coordinate crews and subcontractors, enforce safety, and ensure quality against schedule and budget while maintaining clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction superintendent roles.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proven track record of completing commercial projects successfully.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle within time and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
• Enforcing site safety measures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specs for accuracy.
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects on planning and execution.
• Resolving site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (daily logs, reports).
• Managing resources and communicating progress and changes to stakeholders.
