Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major hyperscale data centre projects in Virginia or Texas. Projects are valued up to $500 million and require delivery of complex, technically demanding construction work.

You will drive sequencing, site logistics, safety, quality, and programme performance while coordinating with project leadership and trade partners to keep momentum and meet high standards.

I'm representing an established, employee-owned national general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major hyperscale data centre projects in Virginia or Texas.

With individual projects valued up to $500 million, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in delivering complex, technically demanding construction projects within one of the industry's fastest-moving sectors.

The Package

• Base salary up to $250,000
• Additional 20% bonus opportunity

The Opportunity

You'll lead field execution on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects, driving construction sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality and programme performance.

Working closely with project leadership and trade partners, you'll be responsible for maintaining momentum across complex construction activities, resolving challenges and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.
