Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field delivery on hyperscale data center projects in Texas. You will own the assigned scope, coordinate subcontractors, and work with the project team to drive delivery through to turnover.

The role requires strong hyperscale construction experience with a General Contractor and the ability to manage complex schedules while maintaining safety and quality. Onsite work in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hyperscale data center experience with a General Contractor.
• Senior Superintendent level or leading a substantial project scope.
• MEP expertise or a strong specialist trade background in data center construction.
• Stable employment history showing sustained responsibility and project completion.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate complex scopes and maintain demanding schedules.
• Willingness to work onsite in Texas.

• Lead day-to-day site operations across your assigned scope.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate work between trades.
• Plan sequencing, manpower and short-term schedules against project milestones.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout delivery.
• Resolve field issues alongside project management, engineering and trade partners.
• Coordinate inspections, closeout and turnover, supporting commissioning where applicable.
• Mentor superintendents and other field team members.

The Role

The company is hiring Senior Superintendents to lead field delivery on hyperscale data center projects. Opportunities are available for experienced MEP leaders and superintendents with specialist trade expertise.

You’ll take ownership of your assigned scope, coordinate subcontractors and work closely with the wider project team to drive delivery through completion and turnover.
