Job description

A well-established general contractor is building out its data center practice and is hiring a General Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale projects. This is a national traveling position.

About the company: They entered the mission critical market recently and are growing deliberately. The data center team is about 22 people today, with a goal of 35+ in the next year. Their current largest project is a roughly $120M retrofit, and several $500M+ greenfield projects are coming up, with primary markets in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

What you’ll do:

• Lead field operations and the superintendent team on large hyperscale builds
• Oversee schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance from start to turnover
• Work closely with project leadership and the owner’s team
• Help set the field standard as the company moves into larger hyperscale work

What we’re looking for:

• General Superintendent experience on hyperscale data center projects
• AWS project experience required
• Willingness to travel nationally on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation
