Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking an experienced Field Operations Leader to manage multiple crews on large-scale commercial electrical projects, with a focus on high-rise installations. You will interpret blueprints, supervise installation work, and ensure safety and on-time project completion on site.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of field leadership, strong coordination, and excellent communication, with proven ability to manage complex schedules and maintain quality and safety on demanding job

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years’ experience managing field crews and operations on commercial electrical projects.
• Read and understand construction blueprints, specs, conduit work, safety practices, and contracts.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple crews.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to deadlines.
• Experience organizing and managing large high-rise projects on site.
• Proficient in blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring and conduit work.
• Follow safety standards per OSHA and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews and implement installation of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Coordinate work sequencing, interpret blueprints, and ensure safe, timely completion.
• Collaborate with Project Manager for overall project success.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and technical assistance.
• Monitor and enforce daily jobsite cleanup and safety practices.
