Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a seasoned Field Project Lead to oversee multiple crews on commercial electrical projects. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, coordinate installation activities, and ensure safety and quality standards across sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing field crews, with excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple crews on commercial electrical projects.
• Enforce safety rules per OSHA and local codes.
• Conduct owner and subcontractor walk-throughs and prepare punch-lists.
• Provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration.
• Monitor and enforce daily cleanup of jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews and coordinate installation of large-scale electrical projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; manage scheduling and contract requirements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills; ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, owners, and subcontractors.
