Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee multiple field crews on large-scale commercial electrical projects. You will interpret blueprints and schematics, coordinate installation timelines, and ensure safe, high-quality, on-time completion on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in high-rise or commercial electrical work, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid knowledge of safety practices and codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing field crews on commercial electrical projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews and manage installation of large-scale commercial electrical projects.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine electrical scope and sequencing.
• Ensure safe, timely completion and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain quality control and document project progress.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Monitor labor costs and enforce cleanup and safety on site.
• Enforce security and safety rules per OSHA and local codes.
