Job summary

Titan Electric seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee multiple field crews on large-scale commercial electrical projects in Dallas/Fort Worth. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate activities from inception to completion, enforce safety, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while managing budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years leading high-rise or large commercial sites, read blueprints, electrical schematics, and communicate effectively with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing field crews on commercial electrical projects.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs, conduit work, workplace safety practices, and contract documents.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple crews on a jobsite with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities for commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Enforce safety rules set forth by Company, OSHA, local codes and authorities.
• Conduct owner and subcontractor walk-throughs and prepare punch-lists.
• Provide project reports, documentation, and technical assistance.
• Monitor and enforce daily cleanup of jobsite.
• Plan and install electrical systems and manage labor costs.
• Establish workflow to keep the project on track.
• Visit multiple construction sites and adapt to site conditions.
