Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to oversee field crews on large commercial and high-rise projects. You will coordinate multi-site installations, interpret blueprints, manage schedules and safety, and partner with the Project Manager to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years leading field teams, strong communication, and a thorough knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing field crews on commercial electrical projects.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs, conduit work, and safety rules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with high-rise installation and construction processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews and coordinate installation on large-scale projects.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan work sequences.
• Ensure safe, on-time completion and quality control.
• Provide project reports and maintain schedules and budgets.
