Job summary

Titan Electric invites a senior field supervisor to lead multiple crews on high-rise residential construction projects across our Texas sites. You will read blueprints, interpret electrical schematics, and coordinate installation activities with Project Managers to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large sites, with a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience reading construction blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills on large crews.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA rules.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple crews on a jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews and install large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Coordinate field activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Interpret blueprints, specs, and electrical scope of work.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control on site.
• Provide regular project reports and documentation.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Manage workflow and sequences to keep projects on track.
