Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a capable supervisor to lead multiple crews on large-scale high-rise residential projects. You will interpret blueprints, manage sequencing, and ensure on-time completion while upholding NEC and safety standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should have 2–5 years in commercial electrical work; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and federal safety legislation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Jointly responsible with the Superintendent for overall project success.
• Oversee multiple crews and implement installation of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
• Manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, ensure safe, timely completion.
• Ensure code compliance and enforce safety regulations on site.
• Collaborate with PM to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
• Attend meetings with other trades and general contractors.
• Provide leadership, decision-making under pressure, and professional conduct.
• Quality control areas of work and maintain as-builts and redlines.
• Invest in training the next generation of electricians.
