Job summary

Forge Construction is the on-site leader for projects managed for Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, delivering ground-up multifamily, senior living, and industrial builds. You will drive the field schedule, coordinate trade partners, enforce safety, and ensure quality from mobilization through turnover.

The superintendent collaborates with PMs, Vector Design Group, and DF Property Management to hand over ready-to-lease buildings, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining daily reports in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field construction experience.
• At least 2 years as Superintendent on multifamily or commercial projects.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the on-site schedule and 3-week look-aheads.
• Plan site logistics, sequencing, laydown, deliveries, and crane/equipment use.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Manage safety, QA/QC, and inspections on site.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to PM and team.
