Zusammenfassung

Stoa Group is seeking a full-time Superintendent for multifamily construction in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and trades to maintain momentum, enforce safety, and manage field documentation. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement on large-scale projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction sequencing, inspections, and field execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
