Stoa Group is hiring a full-time Assistant Superintendent in Fayetteville, NC. You will support field operations, coordinate with the superintendent and subcontractors, and help maintain safety, quality, and schedule on large-scale multifamily construction projects.

You’ll work closely with the Project Management team, travel to project sites, and grow into a construction leadership role through problem-solving and on-site leadership opportunities.

Formación

• 2-5+ years of construction field operations experience.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures.
• Understanding of OSHA and applicable safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned project locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support field operations and maintain safety, quality, and schedule performance on multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent, Project Management team, and subcontractors.
• Assist with daily field activities and site organization.
• Manage material deliveries and keep jobsite clean and orderly.
• Track punch lists and support project closeout activities.
