Job summary

Stoa Group in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Superintendent to lead the field execution for The Waters at Fayetteville, a ground-up multifamily community. You will coordinate MEP trades, open wall phases, inspections, and field operations from open wall through insulation, working with the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager to keep the project moving safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in multifamily or commercial construction, strong MEP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily, commercial, or residential construction experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing field operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and open wall sequencing.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own safety throughout the project phases.
• Coordinate MEP trades and inspections.
• Manage open wall, insulation, stairs, and railing phases.
• Maintain field documentation and project status in Procore.
• Collaborate with the Lead Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and submittals.
