Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of construction field operations experience.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, or commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures.
• Understanding of OSHA and applicable safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned project locations.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance on multifamily projects.
• Coordinate and organize the jobsite and manage material deliveries.
• Communicate with subcontractors and the Project Management team; track progress.
• Document construction activities and assist with project closeout.
