Job summary

Stoa Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for The Waters at Fayetteville, a ground-up multifamily project in Fayetteville, NC. You will own core construction phases and coordinate MEP, inspections, subcontractors, and field operations from open wall through insulation, ensuring safety and quality.

You will work with the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and aligned with Stoa’s standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily/commercial/residential construction experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing active field operations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, open wall sequencing, inspections, and jobsite execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, submittals, and scopes of work.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
• Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining productive relationships.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safe work practices on the project site.
• Own quality across MEP, open wall, insulation, stairs and railing phases.
• Execute scheduled work and coordinate subcontractors for smooth production flow.
• Coordinate MEP trades, inspections, and related subcontractor work.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and track inspections and progress.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions with field and management teams.
