Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for data center projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily operations to drive project execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have extensive data center or large-scale commercial construction experience, strong scheduling and safety knowledge, and proven leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of experience required.
• 1+ years of Data Center experience - Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across one or multiple project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Lead quality control efforts and identify/correct deficiencies throughout construction.
• Monitor jobsite safety and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate inspections with local authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and resolve construction conflicts, delays, and field-related issues.
• Maintain accurate daily jobsite reports and documentation.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and support project planning.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate project expectations.
• Manage punch lists and ensure timely completion of all outstanding items.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient jobsite environment.

Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities for data center projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This individual serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily jobsite operations while driving project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day construction activities across one or multiple project sites.

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.

Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Lead quality control efforts and identify/correct deficiencies throughout construction.

Salary: 120k-170k
