Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up projects in the Atlanta market. You will manage site mobilization through turnover, supervise field operations, and coordinate with project management and leadership on a diverse portfolio of light industrial, higher education, municipal, and commercial work.

Based in or near Metro Atlanta, you will stay local with limited travel, deliver on-time and on-budget outcomes, and mentor field teams to uphold safety,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction.
• Experience on light industrial, higher education, municipal, or similar projects.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
• Experience within light industrial, higher education, municipal, or similar commercial projects
• Ability to independently lead complex projects from start to finish
• Strong subcontractor management, scheduling, and communication skills
• Based in or within commuting distance of Metro Atlanta
