We are partnering with a leading commercial general contractor in Atlanta to hire an experienced General Superintendent. The role oversees field operations across multiple active projects, mentors Superintendents, and ensures safety, scheduling, and quality standards are met.

Candidates should have 10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a track record of leading large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects and coordinating large field

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience in a commercial GC.
• Experience overseeing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and supervise Superintendents.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, safety, and logistics.
• Experience coordinating large field teams and subcontractors.

We're partnering with a leading commercial general contractor that delivers large-scale projects across the multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, student housing, senior living, and commercial sectors throughout the Southeast. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to add an experienced General Superintendent to their Atlanta team.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple projects while leading field operations, mentoring Superintendents, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee field operations across multiple active construction projects
• Lead, mentor, and support Superintendents and field personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with company quality standards
• Coordinate manpower planning, staffing, and resource allocation across projects
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and project performance
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, logistics, and construction sequencing
• Identify and resolve field-related challenges that may impact project delivery
• Drive consistency in construction processes, reporting, and best practices across all projects
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractor partners

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience overseeing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, student housing, senior living, or commercial construction projects
• Previous experience leading multiple projects and managing Superintendents
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and site logistics
• Proven ability to coordinate large field teams and subcontractor partners
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience within the Atlanta market is highly desirable
