Cityscape Recruitment USA is partnering with a large privately held general contractor to place a Superintendent in Atlanta, GA. You’ll help deliver substantial commercial projects from a base on site with a strong project pipeline.

The role offers exposure to government, higher education and commercial sectors, with projects typically ranging from $20M to $100M+. A long-term career path and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+.
• Government or higher education experience would be particularly attractive.
• Other commercial project backgrounds are welcome.
• Candidates from multifamily/mixed-use construction are less suited.

I’m partnering with one of the largest privately held general contractors in the U.S. as they continue to grow their construction team in Atlanta.

This is a great opportunity for a Superintendent who wants to stay locally based in Atlanta, work on substantial commercial projects and join a contractor with a significant pipeline of work already secured.

The business has 3,300+ employees, 45+ offices and approximately $15B in backlog, offering both the stability of a major national contractor and a clear route for long-term career progression.

The opportunity:

• Join a major administrative building project in Atlanta, currently under construction through next summer
• Strong pipeline of Atlanta projects to follow — this isn’t a one-project hire
• Projects typically ranging from $20M–$100M+
• Work across government, higher education and commercial construction
• $110K–$125K base + 8% bonus
• Clear progression into Lead Superintendent, General Superintendent and Senior General Superintendent positions
• Comprehensive benefits package and long-term career development
