Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel is a requirement for this position)

Salary: $90,00 - $130,000 + benefits & expenses

Our client is an award winning general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.

They are on the lookout for an experienced commercial Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate is a real leader in the field with commercial construction experience who is happy to travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Interior Build Out/TI, ground up, renovation and remodeling experience.

This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
