Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Senior Superintendent for advanced manufacturing projects across the Bay Area, including cleanrooms and semiconductor facilities. You will lead on-site operations, manage field teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires extensive experience with technically complex environments, strong knowledge of MEP systems, and proven ability to coordinate multiple teams in occupied facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Significant field leadership experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering cleanrooms, laboratories, or advanced manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations to meet milestones.
• Oversee complex MEP systems, clean-build protocols, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain project schedules, site logistics, and coordination meetings.
• Support project turnover, commissioning, and owner acceptance.
