Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Project Executive to lead advanced manufacturing construction in Northern California. You will guide semiconductor, cleanroom, and complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

You will coordinate with clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal teams, while driving business development in the Bay Area and mentoring project teams in active manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience delivering semiconductor facilities or cleanrooms.
• Ability to lead executive-level project teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility turnover.
• Excellent negotiation and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for advanced manufacturing projects.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability.
