Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Project Executive for mission-critical facilities in Northern California. You will lead advanced manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of GC experience, strong MEP coordination skills, and a track record in semiconductor or cleanroom environments, while building client relationships and supporting business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Experience delivering semiconductor, cleanroom, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong leadership and executive-level liaison abilities with clients and partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for advanced manufacturing projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets and cost reporting.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage significant scope, schedule, and cost issues.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and execution strategies with preconstruction teams.
• Mentor and develop project teams and support business development in NORCAL.
