Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and experience managing multi-subcontractor environments, including occupied spaces and fast-paced schedules.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, GC experience a plus.
• Experience with occupied spaces, fast-paced projects, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site workflow to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite with subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, punch lists, and owner/architect closeout.
• Collaborate with project manager on scheduling and sequencing.
