Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a GC.
• Experience delivering semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for advanced manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost reporting, change management, and profitability.
• Oversee coordination of complex MEP systems and life-safety/production equipment.
• Lead contract negotiations and client/partner relationships.
• Coach and develop project teams; support business development in Northern California.
