Job summary

HITT Contracting seeks a Commercial Construction Project Executive for advanced manufacturing projects in Northern California. You will lead from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while upholding HITT quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in commercial construction, with semiconductor facilities or cleanroom experience, and strong MEP coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• Demonstrated experience delivering semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of technically complex MEP systems, process utilities and equipment coordination
• Experience performing construction within active manufacturing or mission-critical environments
• Masters or leadership in project execution is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for advanced manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project safety, schedule, budget, and quality to meet HITT standards
• Lead contracts, negotiations, and risk management
• Coordinate with clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal teams
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
• Mentor and lead project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and MEP professionals
