We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join our Houston operation and lead projects from mobilization through completion.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a proven Senior Superintendent with experience leading industrial or commercial construction projects.

Ideally, you will have:

• 10+ years of construction experience, with significant superintendent experience.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M–$100M.
• Experience leading projects ranging from 20,000 to 140,000 sq. ft.
• Strong industrial, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse or complex commercial experience.
• Experience managing multiple major trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site logistics.
• Extensive experience with project scheduling and critical-path management.
