Job summary

Elite Sourcing is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, working locally with no travel. You will oversee schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and day-to-day construction activities from preconstruction to closeout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, strong tilt-up and tenant improvement/finish experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and scheduling software,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and coordination.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, inspections, and daily construction activities.
• Review plans, specs, shop drawings, and documentation for constructability and sequencing.
• Run weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and field pre-installation conferences.
• Maintain project schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Ensure quality, budgets, and timelines meet standards.
• Enforce safety policies (OSHA requirements).
• Manage RFIs, logs, progress docs, as-builts, punch lists, and closeout.

Elite Sourcing is working with an established, award-winning General Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a strong field leader looking to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects while working locally with no travel required.

About the Job:

• Lead field operations from preconstruction and project kickoff through final closeout
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, inspections, and day-to-day construction activities
• Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project documentation for constructability and sequencing
• Run weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and field pre-installation conferences
• Maintain project schedules, including weekly updates and 3-week look-ahead schedules
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, budgets, and established timelines
• Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety policies across the jobsite
• Manage RFIs, daily logs, progress documentation, as-built drawings, punch lists, and project closeout
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, Operations, and Preconstruction teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Large-scale industrial tilt-up experience, ideally on projects of 1M+ SF
• Tenant improvement/finish experience within industrial, office, and/or retail construction
• Ground-up experience in commercial or industrial construction strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, subcontractor coordination, and all major trades
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office, and construction scheduling software
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR
• Strong communication and field leadership skills; bilingual is a plus
