Qualifications

• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, MEP, and interior finish work.
• Ability to lead multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex construction activities.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
• Experience with construction management and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the field execution of luxury high-rise, multifamily, mixed-use, and upscale residential developments. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, driving schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
