Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as Senior Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $50M and $150M.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and MS Project or Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety.
• Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $50 million and $150 million
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project or Procore
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership ability
