Qualifications

• 5+ years SuccessFactors consultant experience implementing SF Compensation & Variable Pay.

Responsibilities

• Leads SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay implementations for customers.
• Gathers and analyzes clients' business requirements and objectives.
• Develops system configurations to satisfy client needs.
• Mentors and coaches junior consultants on projects.
• Delivers high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
• Works with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget.
