Job summary

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead Consultant for an initial 3-month contract, fully remote and EU-based. Start ASAP with extension potential.

You will own the end-to-end implementation, including design, configuration, testing and deployment, while leading the workstream and coordinating stakeholders. You will run as Functional Lead, taking over from an existing consultant and ensuring delivery milestones are met through hands-on delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay from scratch.
• Experience in solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Provide functional leadership and project delivery ownership.
• Manage handover from existing consultant and drive milestones.
