Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced or Senior Subsystems Manufacturing Engineer for a role in Berkeley, MO. You will lead cross-functional teams and develop manufacturing plans for complex aerospace subsystems, driving cost reductions and throughput improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years related work experience in manufacturing engineering.
Progressive manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace/defense or other complex, high-reliability environments.
Experience with complex Aerospace Sub-Systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) analyzing producibility and production philosophies.
Architect and drive program build architecture and manufacturing plans.
Develop manufacturing plans for high level program requirements.
Invest in tooling, workstations, automation, and capital equipment; justify manufacturing improvements.
Establish standardized processes and controls across production lines.
