Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5+ years of related work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies industrial engineering concepts to meet program requirements.
• Develops plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, and workflows.
• Evaluates new techniques and technologic developments for integration into production and service operations.
• Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system across design, supply base, facilities, and personnel.
• Conducts workflow design and analysis.
• Develops models and analyses to provide summary metrics to leaders and customers.
• Researches and implements processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality.
• Plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Creates product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices.
• Prepares operations plans including budgeting, forecasting, and capacity analysis.
• Supports execution planning with scheduling and shop load practices.
• Provides production, logistics, and recovery planning support.
• Ensures compliance with safety and ergonomic guidelines.
