Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security seeks Senior Experienced Manufacturing Engineers for multiple programs in Hazelwood, MO. This contract role is through a Boeing-approved third party and focuses on manufacturing readiness, producibility studies, and tool/production philosophy deployment.

Responsibilities include leading IPTs, validating designs for manufacturability, and guiding manufacturing plans across air vehicle subsystems, with emphasis on composite fabrication and defense/aerospace

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: BS in Engineering or related field; 9+ years with BS or 7+ years with MS/PhD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in design reviews and lead manufacturability and assembly decisions.
