Mortenson is seeking a Substation Technical Trainer to develop and deliver classroom and field-based training for electrical construction focused on substations. The role acts as a subject matter expert on substation curriculum and partners with Operating Group and project leadership to strengthen craft knowledge and safe work practices.

You will coordinate training across multiple projects, work with safety professionals, and use hands-on instructional techniques to transfer knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver substation-focused training modules and assessments.
• Coordinate classroom, online, labs, and field evaluations for electrical teams.
• Ensure training materials and equipment are prepared for sessions.
• Mentor instructors and performance evaluators to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to build project-specific training plans.
