The position emphasizes coaching, developing, and delivering learning content, with travel as needed to support training initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 4–7 years of related experience.
• Alternative: 6–9 years relevant business experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training content for new hires and incumbents.
• Design and maintain complex training materials using a systematic approach.
• Collaborate with committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for training programs.
• Develop innovative and effective performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve performance.
