Baltimore Gas and Electric Company is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver training that aligns business processes with required skills. The role partners with Engineering and Methods to research standards and may require extended hours during storms or energy emergencies.

The position emphasizes coaching, curriculum development, and collaboration with union committees to ensure effective programs and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years related business experience, or in lieu of Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 6-9 years relevant business experience is required.
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training content for new hires and incumbents to perform duties safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials using a systematic approach.
• Partner with committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for training programs.
• Collaborate to develop innovative performance improvement solutions and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Manage large-scale training projects and document activities in the LMS.
