Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience
• Active PE License required
• Strong knowledge of structural design principles for substations
• Experience with structural analysis software (RISA/STAAD) and codes

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design engineering and analysis on substation scopes
• Collect data for engineering work and perform calculations
• Develop equipment and material recommendations within budget and schedule
• Provide guidance to engineering team and maintain client relations
• Mentor staff and support business development activities
