Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science (BS) in Civil-Structural Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 3+ years.
- PE License required; SE licensure preferred.
- Experience with design and review for structures and foundations under seismic loading.
- Proficiency with structural software and CAD tools; strong analytical and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design reviews of civil/structural components for substation projects.
- Develop bid/construction packages and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Mentor and develop junior staff within the design team.
- Perform site visits to client substations and travel as needed.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.
