Job summary

ISG Bloomington, MN is seeking an experienced Substation Project Manager to lead complex substation projects, guiding teams from concept through commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while serving as the trusted client liaison for FirstEnergy-related initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in substation engineering, a PE license (preferred), and a degree in Electrical Engineering. Travel as needed, with strong CAD and Microsoft Office skills to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years of substation engineering/design experience.
• PE license preferred (state licensure or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high complexity substation projects including greenfield substations and upgrades.
• Ownership of full project lifecycle: scope, cost, schedule, engineering oversight, QA/QC.
• Be primary client contact and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.
