Job summary

ISG Brookfield, WI is seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead complex substations from concept through commissioning. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and act as the primary client liaison to deliver on‑time, safe infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 12+ years in substation design or consulting; a PE license is preferred, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years of substation engineering, design, or consulting experience.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high‑complexity substation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC processes.
• Serve as primary client liaison and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and review protection and control designs and one‑line diagrams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposals and business development.
