Job summary

ISG is seeking a Substation Project Manager in Rogers, AR to lead complex substations from concept through commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC while coordinating electrical, civil, and structural teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in substation engineering or design, a PE license (preferred), and the ability to travel. This role supports FirstEnergy projects and offers employee ownership benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in substation engineering, design, or consulting environments.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity substation projects from concept through commissioning.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, engineering oversight, and QA/QC.
• Serve as primary client contact and translate goals into execution plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, and structural engineers.
• Support proposals, fee development, resource allocation, and business development.
