Dominion Energy is seeking a senior professional to lead the Transmission Substation Operations, ensuring safe and reliable maintenance of substation assets and protection systems. You will oversee testing, diagnostics, and emergency response, driving improvements in system reliability and project execution.

The role requires extensive experience in protection systems, strong leadership, and collaboration with engineering and field teams to align with company objectives and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a related Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication, demonstrated leadership and management.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and maintain system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develops policy, methods, procedures and training for system protection and electrical equipment technicians in operations, maintenance, construction, and emergency activities.
• Leads transmission substation operations, testing, diagnostics, maintenance, compliance, and emergency response to ensure reliability.
• Oversees budgeting, environmental stewardship, and asset performance while partnering with Engineering and field organizations.
