Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for profitability.
• Prepares monthly client billings and ensures timely payment; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinates and discloses project status, risks and changes with stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares and distributes bid packages and addenda; maintains contract documents.
