Job summary

Exelon is seeking a leader for electric transmission, substation and relaying engineering and design activities. You will direct a Substation Engineering group, ensuring adherence to standards while maximizing reliability and managing financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of industry experience, including 3-5 years as an electric T&S supervisor and/or manager.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of regulatory issues.
• Leadership and communication skills; ability to drive performance and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of short- and long-term strategic and tactical initiatives to meet safety, reliability, and performance goals.
• Manage the overall budget and balance cost control with capital and maintenance investments.
• Provide leadership and development for the Substation Engineering team and conduct performance planning.
