Requirements include a BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), 5+ years in delivery systems engineering, and PE registration.

Qualifications

• PE registration required.
• Minimum 5 years in delivery systems engineering, construction and operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct substation engineering and design activities for HV distribution and transmission substations.
• Lead capital projects, equipment procurement and technical support to construction and operations.
• Establish and execute the unit's strategic goals and workforce development.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and cost-efficient design.
• Coordinate with external entities and internal teams to optimize resource use.
• Represent the company in industry forums and stay current with technology changes.
