Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Engineering degree.
• 10+ years in design engineering or management of high voltage utility projects.
• Experience in EPC, Owners Engineer, Traditional or JV contracts.
• Ability to prepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and procurement documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proposal writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of engineers, designers, estimators, and scheduling professionals.
• Coordinate design phases with civil, structural, and transmission teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Develop and manage project scopes, changes, and client approvals.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
